What does an assessment actually promise?

Who writes the assessments?
The studio’s own reviewers, working to one shared written method.

Are assessments certificates?
No — and every report says so in the first paragraph.

Said plainly,

Three commitments govern every report we write, and they are worth reading before you order.
Scope commitment
Assessments describe visible features and likely stone types. They are not valuations, not certificates, and never presented as either.
Evidence commitment
Every conclusion in a report names the features it rests on. If a conclusion is uncertain, the uncertainty is written down next to it.
Privacy commitment
Your photographs are used to prepare your assessment alone, are deleted on request, and are never published or shared.
